The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game is a cooperative game for 1 to 4 players. Players compete together against the odds of scenarios driven by the game itself. Additional cards and adventures are released regularly for this Living Card Game®️, allowing players to adapt the content of this basic game to their liking or to create their own decks.
The new edition of the base game contains enough game components that up to four players can play with it at the same time. In addition, the new edition of each player card contains at least one game set (3 copies per card). The remaster also includes new boon, burden and campaign cards that can be used to combine the scenarios from the base game into a campaign.
